    Default Complaint against Seventymm - Movies Rental Service

    I had sent a mail to Seventymm on 22nd July 2010 requesting them to cancel my membership and refund of deposit. I got a acknowledgment from their Executive A.V. Rajeev and he said the account will be cancelled. After follow up for about 2 months, the account is still not cancelled. On 13th September another Executive promised me that the deposit will be refunded by 22nd September 2010 for which he sent me a mail confirmation (mail pasted below). Till 23rd September 2010, I hadnt received the refund and hence I called them to check the issue, where I was told my FIRST request for cancellation was taken only on 13th September and it will take atleast a week to get my refund. Can you please help me with this.

    Even after cancelling my subscription 4 months back and later seventymm fraudently took money from my credit card and my asking for refund. Theey had agreed to refund the same but have not and are now asking me to renew my subscription. Would like to act jointly with others like me to teach them a lesson.

    I had raised 3 complaints and written 3 mails, called up customer care - 080-88007007 for almost 35 times.
    The refund issue is for order no. SMA 0024548 (Ticket no. 135189, 135211, 138408). This was raised because they delivered difft product against my order for Jungle Book 2. Regarding this i tried calling bangalore customer care for almost 35 times but it was not responding after my request selection. So i wrote a mail to shopping@seventymm.com. So far i have spoken to 3 people (Priya, Ankita and Ali) from some non sense team who promised to do the refund within 2-3 days and its been 28 days now since first refund request raised on 04-Nov-2011.
    Out of above 3 ppl Ali is the worst person who shared his personal number (9036178673) as the regular customer care no 080-88007007 was not at all responding. This guy started to ignore my calls and started giving my all future 16 calls to his frns who talks simply rubbish language and instead of passing on calls to Ali started using foul language !!!!!!!
    I wonder what the bloody hell is happening with these people to refund my money. These idiots dont have any sense of responsibility. So i wont refer this to anyone.

    Angry Seventymm Shopping Item not delivered

    I have purchased Ninza Hatori Bedsheet, Dhoni Lunch Box, Mitashi DVD Player in september 2011 and Seventymm promised to deliver the item in 10 working day. Now after two months, I'm still waiting for Bedsheet. I'm almost daily calling and putting e-mails but no response and they are just creating tickets but no work on those ticket.

    I urge to all who like online shopping, please don't buy anything with Seventymm as they are cheater and don't consider customer anywhere. Priviously I ordered a Doremon clock and they delivered in damaged condition and when I returned to them they again dispatched damaged one. I had to pay the return shipping cost so could not return again and they got from me for damaged item. Their packaging is very bad and if your order any glass item that would definetly get damaged.

    Angry Seventymm --Worst and cheat company

    I have purchased few items from seventymm in month of September and still waiting for items to get delivered. Is this Seventymm’s TAT for customer service that they take more than 2 month to deliver the
    items. Apart from this your customer service sucks and they never give a satisfactory answer. Internet forums all full of your company’s bad review and I must say that this is going to be very dangerous as most of online shopper always refers to reviews first then go ahead for shopping.

    I have written above mail to their CEO on below ID and got just one reply. After that nobody is responding and I’ve no clue of what to do next if their CEO doesn’t care about then where to escalate.

    I urge all not to do any transaction with seventymm as they are just making money by cheating you.

    I ordered a spice blueberry express from http:/Shop.Seventymm.Com/ For rs.1667 after applying the discount coupon on 12th april 2012.
    Today it has been 13days the product is still not dispatched.
    Whenever I call the customer service they keep on telling that they need few more days to procure the product. This thing is repeated 3 times.
