i have been cheated by M/s. Info Network Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. - India. I have paid the amount of Rs.3,309/- against web domain name. paid this amount under the contract no.14679 dtd 29-07-10
now they say the domain name what was offered to me then, is not available. Before the payment, i was told that its available, and they are blocking the name for me. so i paid the chq. to them.

now they r not picking up the call, nor replying back.

i have been cheated by them.

pls. help me to teach them a lesson. and sue them in court of law.
