i fill TDR HAVING PNR NO.4127318201 on April 16,2011 but till date i not recived the refund.

My self Jaiinder Preet Singh from punjab. On 12/4/11. i had try to booked a railway ticket from Jalandhar city to New Delhi from my account whose User ID is (jaiinder84) But my transaction was not completed and Rs 692 was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account No. is 4942001300005235. and They had send an e-mail mentioned that it will be credit it into your account but it doesn't happened till date.
