I have a SAMSUNG monitor and i bought it on July 2008. But now i have a display problem. I called at samsung service center on 27/08/2010. engineer came to my house after 3 days and told me that my monitor display part was not working properly and he replaced it within 4 working days. After that when i called at service center they always gave the same answer that you can get a call regarding this within 1-2 days. But till now i don't get a single call and not giving me a proper answer that my part can be replaced or not.
So sir please help me soon...
