I have purchase a mobile from relaince dealer himayatnagar hyderabad Cost for mobile is Rs. 6500=00 last month Agust 2010 mobile is not working properly and software driver cd not installing .I went for complaing to relaince dealer they sent me to samsung servicing centre basheerbag after some argument they change cd Next day but that cd also not installing what i do guide me.
