My Order number is 1104545 I booked it 13-dec-2010 and I received it 30-01-2011. Naptal's product quality is very bad.............It is not a genuine product. I want refund my money. What should I do for it. When ever I called in NAPTOAL COSTUMER CARE they said I can't replace and even I can't refund your money.

This is to make your kind attention towards my case (206029992 dated- 7.12.2010).
One of my currier was lost by your side on 7.12.2010, for that day i am trying to contact Blaze Flesh authorized persons but unfortunately there are very ill response from there side.
i request you to please look into the matter. I tried to contact Mrs. Susma 09810487060 and Mr. Ravinder 09810633746, but there is no proper response or any satisfactory reply.
I try to call them again and again most of the time they dint pick up my number and if they attend it they say we are looking into matter and I should call them again.
I am really upset with the response of blaze flesh and will looking for some way out.
thinking you as a responsible organization i request you to please look into the matter and do the prompt action.
