Tata docomo service is the worst on earth Hello,
I am a tata docomo prepaid user. I received many calls from docomo to convert it to post paid so i also thoight let me convert it to post paid. They said i need to pay a deposit of 899 rs, i paid them. Andafter taling money they didnt convert it to post paid whenever i call them they will say in 24 hours it will get activated but it has never happened. I am strugling, begging my money back but they are not refunding my money. Plz plz avoid using docomo. Dont fall in their trap. Pay more money and use airtel or vodaphone but dont use docomo. It has worst service and worst people working in it. This company is fraud.

Connection has been disconnected but getting calls for paying bill Hi,
I am Amit Kumar Pandey, residing in Kondapur, Hyderabad. I am also being victimized by tata docomo group.
I am really sorry that I took tata docomo postpaid connection. But Now I have already disconnected it and got confirmation from service center in (Hytech city).
But I am getting calls of paying bills. When I try to ask CR whether it is still active , then they are simply dis-connecting it.
I am not able to reach customer care representative as IVR is supporting only telugu language.
Anyway, I tried hard to understand language and finally come to know that somewhere I need to put 10 digit tata docomo number. When I keyed in and dialled 10 digit mobile number it is saying wrong choice after giving my confirmation.
I just want to know whether my connection is still active as I am already been barred for making / receiving calls.

complaint against docomo postpaid connection this is the one of worst customer service i had ever got.i made payment amount of 899 [plan on 13/07/2012 but now also it did nt activated i visit several time in koramangala office twice and one time in indra nagar office but no one couldnt able to help me out .when ever i made a call to those no one s picking da phone also

When I call customer care then they didn't give satisfied ans and disconnected line.

recharge amount not received I have recharged for Rs.55 on09/08/2012 through online paytm.com. My order no is 45356349and the mobile no is 8019875422.I complained to paytm.com and they want to give complaint to TATA DOCOMO customer care center.So for i did not receive the recharge amount.
So make it correct

complaint against tata docomo respected sir/mam,
i have done stv recharge of Rs 25/through my cell no.8699365070 on 12 th august 2012around 2.30 pm.first time i didnt receive any conformation from docomo so i done recharge for second time and they people deducted amount 25/two times for same service. i want register complaint against them as they deducted 25 Rs two times for same service.

Tata DOCOMO abusive and threatening behavior Note: 1) why Tata Docomo had promissed me (all customers) to give full satisfactorily network service and all supports time to time during selling & installation of Tata Docomo the devices
2) How they can send huse monthly bill to the customers serially without providing their proper servises and non used as well as non functining devices
3) If they demand their monthly bill without providing network service & the devises which is not being used throughout the months/tenure then who will be responsible and compensate me for my total lost in bussiness & correspondence with the related peoples due to Tata Docomo’s drastic/non satisfaied network and non functioning devises which they had sold to me
4) Have they only deserved for abushing & threatning the customer, customers have no right to get proper connection & fecility OR they are just nothing but a miney making rackets
Hello Sir / Madam
I was having Tata Walky+ Mobile combo pack connection of TATA DOCOMO Services.
While getting connected 033-65403468 to their network, Tata Docomo marketing executives promised me lots of things & also gave me assurance that their service network & the facilities would be the best as compared to others telecom services in India
He told me, this walky combo pack monthly rent will be Rs. 249/= per month in which the customer will get the facility of 600 minutes talk times between Tata Walky to Tata Mobile & vice versa including free SMS & also Rs. 100/= cash talk times (Local & STD) for the other network calls except Tata network in this monthly rental Tata Walky + Mobile combo pack plan
Meanwhile, Tata mobile set (which had been provided to me along with walky set) gone totally out of order/non-functional by unknown reason from their network service without any prior information from Tata Docomo Services.
I phoned to Tata Docomo customer care & informed the same & asked them to active the mobile and retrieves services ASAP, but in reply Tata Docomo said, the mobile service is okay & it’s working properly as per their network system (They can check out their network whether does it really works or not)
After a month I received a Tata Docomo monthly rental bill of Rs. 500/= (for the mid January to mid February-12) instead of Rs.249/=, then & there I phoned to Tata Customer care & enquired about this high amount monthly bill’s that, “How they can send me so much monthly bill as I did not use my mobile phone and walky set during the month and even if I used then it’s have been used between Tata to Tata network that is totally free (as I have the capacity of use 600 minutes in a month) and besides lack of proper network, The monthly bill is showing that Rs.149/= has been charged due to excessive mobile used for web browsing but the mobile was out of service.
In reply they said “they don’t know about the bills/ mobile set/ network, but you have to paid the amount at any cost” In due course I requested them to disconnect my line & network services due to the network problems as well as their mobile phone out of service and resend resived monthly bills amount for clearing the payment but Tata Docomo did’t do it, this incedent took place in Feburary & March- 2012.
Again they sent me another bill for the consecutive month with unaccepted amount for which I had been their office and let them knowe that the ”both devises are now totally out of order and not fuctining at all and had requested to your customer care to disconnect my all lines even I did’nt use them so how can I have this so much amount of bills for the succesive month without provides and use of these devises” but they was not in mood to listen & accept my pray in this regard and again I had been their office to dissolve this matter but in action they asked me to pay off all the dues without any question then it will be dissolved. I sincerely requested to Tata Docomo again & again to revise their monthly bills and send me after adjustment as they have failed to fulfil their commitment and customer sastidfactoryly services intentionally, but they were stick on their mind
Later I got calls from Tata Docomo service centre that was very abusive & insulting words even they had threatend me that they can do anything on the open road in the day light as they have lots of power/sources to do if they want at any time
Last month before departure the India to UK ( as I’m leaving abroad) I went to their office City-Centre-I at Saltlake-Kolkata to paid off the all dues amount and also asked them that ”what about & who will gime me the compensatation due to Tata Docomo Walky & Mobile set (the Walky+ Mobile set Cost Rs.1800/=which had purchased from Tata Docomo) due to non functioning since its installation and lack of services?” but I was told that, my network for the Tata walky & Mobile has been disconnected permanantly therefore they can’t do anything now, its closed (9th July-12)
Even now a days one lady (claimed herslf a lawyer of company) gaing call to my relative in India in a very rude & extreme abushing words & threatning them regarding bill payment (amount is total Rs. 1800/=) that, they have to suffer & go to the police & court to pay off the amount otherwise....

illegal deduction... i am a tata docomo user n have 3G plan on me cell.....i ws checking my mails lastnyt...after i hd logged out i realised dt my balance has been reduced to rs 5 frm a prior of rs 180 !! i ws shocked to c d alert n tried contacting customer care immediately thereafter bt service ws nt available at dt tym...i tried tdy again many a tyms bt hv failed to gt across....
