    Default About Tata Docomo Service

    One of the worst service in all the ways.....
    1. No Network
    2. If getting also that wont be continuous.
    3. If Continuous then we wont get connected with network
    (Always saying some Busy message, both for data connection and normal calls)

    Advantages of using docomo service

    4. We no need to activate any service. They itself activate our pack and simply say two reason i. System Updation ii. Blaming customer that they have activated it.
    5.And if suppose you activated any service then that wil be activated twice. They get a profit of providing one service to customer and money for two services.
    6. For that if you call to customer they will say that we have activated twice so the money has been taken twice....
    7. If you write any complaint to email then that will never be resolved. Its is just to fool the customer


    In this way Docomo Network is Providing its Service to the customer....

    Default Unfair money deduction and worst customer care service.

    HI, i'am sailendra(7200497319) ,today i unsubscribe my internet package by sending an sms "UNSUB GPRS67" to 121,(This is way they asked to do) and after few hours i recharge my mobile with 100,shockingly,as soon as i got the money ,i got another sms saying "YOUR INTERNET PACKAGE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED" and 67/- has been deducted. even i called customer care and described the matter and he said ok i'm unsubscribing it and you'll get your money back.but, i didn't get my money back, so i called customer care oncemore and now he is saying we cann't refund that money ..

    i am using tata docomo gsm no 8960727750 fro last 2 years but sorry to say that what the company say is false. i am suffering from net work problem in village kathrwa block bidnu kanpur nagar from last year i request to to solve my problem as well as person using connection in that area if there is lack of tower then please establish a tower so problem can be solved

    I am having TATA DOCOMO prepaid numbers 8699720961, 8699720965, 8699123940. I am facing very cheap type of exercise from TATA DOCOMO. Any time any service forcefully imposed on my said numbers and amount deducted from my account. When I ask to the customer care operator most of the time they try to ignore It. It has happened several time, I am giving you some record regarding this.

    14.5.2012 A service imposed on my above no. and amount deducted. When I made a request the deducted amount credited in my account after repeated request. Request no. GBLO926844461.
    2.7.2012 A service imposed on my above no. and amount deducted. When I made a request the deducted amount credited in my account after repeated request. Request no. GABC121080680.
    7.7.2012 A service imposed on my above no. and amount deducted. When I made a request the deducted amount credited in my account after repeated request. Request no. GABC121321427.
    22.7.2012 A service imposed on my above no. and amount deducted. When I made a request the deducted amount credited in my account after repeated request. Request no. GABC121962268.

    TATA DOCOMO gave me so bad experience that I stop recharge this number and take another number from Vodafone.
    1. I would like to know why it is happening again and again.
    2. Who is doing this type of cheap exercise?
    I hope so it will solve at TATA DOCOMO end and give me feedback for action please. I feel not need to go to other agency.

    Sir,
    I lodge the above complaint to TATA DOCOMO. On dated 28.7.2012, your Officer talked to me and promise, not to repeat such type of problem with me in future. Sir I am sorry to say that on dated 6.8.2012, 09:22AM the similar cheap exercise happened again from your end on my mobile No 8699720961, ( a MANTRAS service again imposed on me and send me a massage) “Hi! Your subscription to Mantras has been renewed at Rs 10 for 15 days. To stop, Dial 155223 (Free)”
    I contact to your customer care some Mr. Monty talked and he did not respond properly and he refused to credit my deducted amount in my account. Kindly tell me what I should do and talked whom

Hence, we would like to inform you that as per records there is no post to pre migration request and we request you to visit any of your nearest Tata outlet in this regards.

    Default Dissatisfied with the service

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am a tata docomo user, On 7th Aug 2012 I had got a call from Tata docomo ,I was told that my number has been selected for Free Caller Tune and you will be enjoying this free service for the period of 6 months and only 5 Rs will be deducted whenever you download the songs.


    However I didnot download any of the songs and Rs 120 was deducted from my balance and got the below message
    "Hi thank you for subscribing to Call Me tune.You have been charged Rs 120 for 180Days"

    If it was free service why my account was deducted with Rs 120?

    I have deactivated that service and I want my account balance to be credited with Rs 120.

    And your customer service is very very poor they always misguide and the next time when we try calling them they keep us on hold and don't attend our calls.Form psat two days I am trying to reach out to them but I didn't get any response.

    Please do the needful
