    Default no security no privacy

    I am from karnataka and I am using tata docomo from last six months. Some body from docomo is continuously leaking my personal information like my incoming calls, out going calls, messages. Same is happening with my girl friend. That guy is blackmailing now that he will tell her parents about our relationship.
    I just want to know is it that much simple to get these kind of information from any service provider without any permission ?
    can I find who is leaking my information from domoco ? (there must be records who accessed info and when) ?

    Angry Complaint against Tata Service Providers' vague calls, deducting money unnecessarily,

    I've experienced great trouble from TATA mobile services. I am using the number 9268308675. They deducted some 100 rupees from my account without any prior info, and when I called the customer care, the executive talked rudely. Neither told me the reason of the deduction nor registered my complaint. And when I asked about the TATA center in my nearby area, he just cut off the call. If this would remain the autocracy of the company, how would its customer survive.

    My name is dipendra,today night i facing privacy problem about your costomer care excutive, explain are given below:-

    12 aug 2011, Night 11:55 PM i talking with my girl friends so some people who want disturb me, they called your customer care no. and your costomer care officer give call details and gave which mob.no. thats my talking contiue in night .So pl corrective action to this other wise i will go to court.

    Hi,

    My number is 9036988273. Right from day 1, the list of issues are never ending. In the name of instant activation, the connection was given for the 1st day and disconnected on the 2nd day citing verification pending. When the verification was done, the service was disconnected citing that I was in roaming....so what's tata docomo problem? If a customer is in roaming and has agreed to pay for the roaming charges why did they disconnect.

    Further to the agony, they have a pathetic customer care....which don't understand any problem in any language, I tried in Hindi, English and Kannada. they have charged 2000/- but not given any bill or reason for charging. Now they claim Rs.837/- is due.

    I personally visited Rajajinagar office, and the lady at the centre; does not seem to know the systems and procedures. She herself claimed yes the service is bad....Need be you may disconnect.

    Fine, let me know how to get rid of the connection. I don't mind losing Rs.2k on the e stick...it's anyway does not work

    unrespected Baler sir bal,

    Suar ke bachho why open customer care bal, kutta, chor , dakat. close it now immediately TATA DOCOMO. It's service is worst in the whole world. tata docomo has customer care (121) without executive, they have no manners how to talk customers. Aur agar aise chalta rahega to beta ekdin to tera watt lagjaega.

    so my massage to all people that please don't use this service.

    respected mam/sir,
    As we all know that these days tata docomo has improved in many ways and moving high and high.we salute to docono for its achievement and improved services.but there is something i felt docomo has made an unappropriate selections of custmer exucutives..they treat in very disguist way they even dont know how to treat their customers..i am living in godhra n for some assistance i spoke to mr. saddam sheikh hussain one of ur customer executive,regarding some query of flash msges..i asked him about my balance deduction on miscal alerts scheme without any autorenewable notice... but he replied rudly..n when i asked for complaint number or to trnasfering call to his senior supervisior, he refused to do so in indiscipline way. At a pont of time i felt so hopeless and helpless..its not personally but i as a customer i was so much disappointed..so i just kindly request you to consider this application and take appropriate action..

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    i am sreejith k venugopal i am using tata docomo in karnataka and my no is 7411048104, as per the sms i got from tata docomo on 18/10/2011 i have recharged for rs 85. as per the sms, i have to get 75.06 rs balance initialy and 39.94 within 48 hrs and i got 75.06 initialy but till now i didnt get the rest balanc,even my repeated request to the tata docomo coustmer care about the balance so pls kindly consider this issue and required action..

    I don"t know how my balance Rs 12 has been cut. I have not activated any service also, Many times i called to customer care but they are not responding me, today in morning while calling to the customer care they kept me hold for one hour,but still not gave any response to my problem.

    So, please I heartly request you to take some action & get my balance Rs12 in my mobile account(9724246246). please give me feedback as soon as posiible through my Email.

    Default network problem

    please help me out just 2 week befre i took tata docomo sim and there is always a network problem and always it creats a problem for me. it has became a head ache. i tried 2 talk 2 customer care but that option is showing invalid. i want to talk to customer care. help me. i am fed up now please help me give me a solution other wise i am not finding any other solution rather to switch off my sim forever

    hi,

    i had migrated my mobile number(9965553656) from aircel to Tata docomo. After migration i got to know that i have some pending amount with Aircel and paid it. later the Tata docomo disconnected my connection stating that i have out dues with my old vendor. it confirmed them and sent a copy of my payment reciept to them. i had reached the customer care and nodal officer through email and phone more than 10 times, but no solution yet for past 2 months. Tata DOCOMO is the worst customer care and had a bad working culture. they will never lisen to your request.

    Default deducing balance from my tata docomo account without my permission

    I've experienced great trouble from TATA mobile services. I am using the number 8148383472. They deducted 30 rupees from my account.I wanted to deactivate tamil greet service immediately.TATA DOCOMO automatically deducts balance from the account without permission. It happened for the first time some two months back when I got a message stating that I had subscribed to a tamil greet service and that rupees thirty had been deducted from my account.
