you can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any vas services activated on your number.

Dear sir/ma'am
I am using tata docomo since 1 and 1/2 year.
Last night my balance was 31 rupees and something paise but when i checked in the morning my balance was reduces 15 rupees. After calling the customer care they told me yo have send a 5 mms 4 to the same no. And one is another but seriously i haven't send any mms to any no. and no one can send from my cell phone because i set a security code in my cell phone and the time of going of mms i am sleeping and i can proof it please help me i think this is a trap..

veryvery bad service i use 2 sim card,& tata docomo always deduct my balance whenever i change sim ... and customer care service no. 121 is not working... solve dis problem as soon as possible otherwise i will never use tata docomo ......my num is 8149634579....

unfair deduction on 29th june... my balance is deducted by rs.30 due activation on some useless service without taken my permission and when anytime i call the customer care they just put the phone on hold and not respond. i emailed also but any reply is not recieve till now

Complaint Against Tata Docomo improper conduct & Failure to provide basic connectivity Service Dear Sir,
I am a postpaid GSM mobile customer of Tata Docomo with mobile no. 09227722820. Earlier I was customer of Tata Indicom with same no. but was decieved by Tata Docomo employees to to be ported to Tata Docomo under mobile portability option. At the time of portability I was informed that Tata has given option for CDMA mobiles to be converted to GSM mobiles. I was not informed of the portability option, neither I was told that I wont be able to change my service provider for next 3 months.
After my mobile services was switched over to Tata Docomo, after 10 days I was informed to pay my bill for previous service provider i.e Tata Indicom after inquiry I was told that my services has been shifted to Tata docomo under mobile portability option. My outgoing calls for mobile no. were barred siting non payment of bills for previous service provider that status persisted for almost one week and even after paying my Tata Indicom bill at Tata Indicom- Docomo service centre ( Both share same office even same representatives) and submitting its receipt to Tata Docomo representative, my services were not resumed for another 2 days. I had to furnish a written complaint at their website & visit Tata docomo service centre three times to be able to resume these services.
On 16th- June-2012, I was informed by my friends & office colleagues that my mobile no 9227722820 is showing switched off when called on. I put on a immediate complaint in Tata Docomo customer care and gave them details about my mobile hand set, my alternative no. for contact and was informed that my complaint will be resolved by 21-June-2012. For all these days my mobile remained inaccessible to all my office collegues & friends as it was showing switched off to callers. On 21-June-2012 I received a message informing that another two days will be required to solve my complaint.
Since 21-06-2012 no intimateion has been received from Tata-Docomo's behalf regarding status of complaint. i have received 8-10 calls from Tata Docomo on my alternate Idea mobile no. reminding me about my Bill due date which is 04-July-2012 but no explaination has been given regarding my complaint. It was today only when i enquired from Customer care that I was informed that my complaint has been closed. The reason for closing my complaint as given by tata Docomo is that their executive could not trace my residential address and my Tata mobile no was switched off.
In just 1.5 month of my relationship with Tata Docomo I have suffered immensly in terms of my inaccessibility to my Workoffice collegues, prospective employers & friends, above everything the customer care & complete Tata team is insensitive to my problems & calling me for continuous payment reminders on my alternative phone no as their Tata no. is not accessible due to their Network problem.
My plea to your office is that since I am carrying this no 09227722820 since 2009 and dont want to change it nor can I continue with tata Docomo due to its pathetic network problems, high call drop instances, problem with basic network service and insensitive & insensible customer care, I request you to allow me to be ported to another Mobile network immediatly.

Dear TATA Docomo,
72 hours have gone passed since resolution was provided to me by phone call from your customer care. It was promised that validity of 30 days will be restored against my GPRS package within 24 hours. Still, I haven't received any benefits as promised to me. All I am getting is verbal assurances from your CC executives. Kindly look into this matter.
Note: One liner replies like "We have received your complaint and we will ensure it is resolved soon." are of no help.
