Really Frustrated with DOCOMO customer service and VAS services....:@:@:@:@:@:@:@
I was using one Docomo number six months earlier at that time customer care and VAS was awesome. I loved the service provided by TATA but sue to some reasons I was not using that number for 1 and half month after that i tried to use it and came to know that SIM was barred...
I bought my new DOCOMO SIM few days back. i have recharged it with 100 rupees initially. I have activated caller tune alone from my end as one VAS. but within one day my balance came to zero. Reason: unwanted VAS was activated by the provider himself without any authentication from me. one ex: Know ur town VAS...!!
I tried calling customer care through 121, 198 and 9043012345 all are going to the same IVR where we dont have any option to connect to an executive. i am totaly fed up with this kind of VAservice and customer care service. If this is the case for what the hell, they are telecasting the advertisements that talk to executive 24*7. Really not worth to be the best emerging network award.
AIRTEL is 1000 and 10000 times better.......... Highly unsatisfied with TATA DOCOMO........

complaint (Deposit procedure)
I am a Tata Docomo customer, no is 8097003350.I got a message from docomo your usage nearing your credit limit. After that, my phone is disconected and I got information from the executive that is to pay RS 575/- .I paid RS 575/-(pre-payment cash) on 6/5/2011.But I received one message from Docomo which Your usage nearing your credit limit. So please pay RS 578.77 within 24 hours on 9/5/2011.I didn't get any message or information from Docomo service executives regarding your deposit procedures. So please do the needful as early as possible

i am very sorry to say that just now i have talked with some of my problems to Mr Rajesh Das.
I am not satisfied with his explanation and behaviour.
I will grateful if the matter is been looked out.

Worst customer care service
I am using TATA docomo sim. All unwanted facilities are getting avtivated and aI am losing my currency because of this. If i am trying to call the customer care, every time all the operators are busy. What the hell is this. I am totally frustrated with the service.
THIS IS UTTER NON-SENSE!! YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICE..

Unwanted Service Activation
I am customer of TD and I have always some of the other problem from its service. Recently an unwanted service, Super Model Pack has been activated on my no. and I have been charged for it. When I am trying to call customer care no connection are established. TD and Airtel service are the worst service among I have used.

Shame to cut customer's money without his consent or permission
Hi my name is Satya iam uasing TataDocomo Sbscriber. But the dirty guy's are deducting my amount with out my permission. they had activate themself like regional news, IPL cricket news.. with out my permission.. which I hate to see and irritates me.
and deducting money. if i call to the customer care and they are least responsive.
i loss 30rupes and more within in 10 days time. It is a daily happening thing in my mobile no 9030070968.
It is a challenge for next couple of days to wait for a recovery or so. otherwise a huge campaign will be ocuur from an NGO to stop docomo services in large scale. I am affecting a lot.
This is quite sameless and impotency of the TataDocomo.. Their Technical things are too bad. so it's better to remove docomo connections..So People be alert and cut off these bludy and dirty sbscriber...

docomo is useless...dey simply cut money for no use....ne things get activeted any time...my 2oo rs is wasted without callin in docomo...the customer care executive is also not at all helpul...they simply waste out time sayin press this press dat...till half an hour...and still ders no results...they dnt even retirn back our money i think strict action should be taken against it....

Real Bad experience with Tata Docomo CC
This first complaint that i am posting on this site. I was searching for such a place to put my complaint against the worst ever CC experience i had.
I am a new customer of Tata docomo 3g. I bought new dongle device and suddenly it started throwing an error while connecting. To resolve this issue i looked for Tata docomo CC number on the box provided with the device and the number given there was
I called up this number and they told this is Tata photo+ CC and they gave me another num : 18002660000. When i called up this number they told its sales dept and they gave 121 number again. I thought i made some wrong choices and called up 121. They again gave me the same old 0000 number. I told the complete story to the CC executive who picked up the phone when I again made call to 0000. The lady on the other end told she cant do anything and the CC number for tata 3g is 121. There is a limit to fool Customers.
Then when i shouted at the lady she gave me another mobile number which didnt exist. I called up 121 again and they gave me another mobile number. When made a call to that number the gentleman on the other end told he is not handling 3g cases.
The issue with my device still continues with no CC executive to help me out. Why Tata Docomo need such a poor and worst CC.
Really sad to write this. But was a horrible experience
Date : 28th May 2011 Time called 1.20 - 2.20.
After making one hour continious calls to different number i ended up with zero suggestion and asked them to log a complaint from my end. They didnt listen to that also

incoming not available
Dear DOCOMO Team,
my number is 9253753777 from karnal( haryana). I applied for MNP service to come in docomo from tata on 31 may. Now docomo outgoing is start but incoming from other no. is not available, many times custmer care excutive of docomo told me to start incoming in 2 hour ,4 hour but no solution, so pls. take my request on priority and start incoming......

NO proper support from customer care
hi my name is Dhanraj Narayan Saliyan and my docomo number is 8149577020. the reason which forced me to write
email to u is that but i am sorry to say that you company have very bad customer executive on 121 number because from last 2 month i
am daily calling at customer service and all the time they give me guarantee that service will be deactivate in 24 hour but all the same things happen the other day amount is deducted from my balance and again the same thing happens they are improper to handly the customer and when we ask some information if they don't know without answering they put on hold and they they hung the call and today they crossed the limit i call on 121 number for the same old request first some guy call manish came on call he listen to me and hunged the call after that i again call on 121 number he hured to me and told that just bee on hold i will cheak the details and hunged the call again......and now when i am try call the other number the IVR says that my out going call are blocked and for details call at customer services so i called to why is it happening....................the answer was SIr u have not submitted your documents thatís the reason the outgoing call r been barred.........then I tried to replay that from last 2 years i am using this service how did it happened this time............and hung the call
Sir/Mam please its my heartily request for you personal going through this issue and give me positive answer as its not possible for me to through this number....................................
