Dear Sir,

I have applied for the new connection for the name of Dinesh Kumar for the address C-66B, Najafgarh Park Dichau Road, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043 in June-2010 BSES officer is came my home and see my home and said I will call you after that you can submit money for your new connection after two days one another guy come and said you have applied for 11 K.V. connection I was surprised for 25 Gaj 11 K.V. connection he also said me same I told him I have applied for 2 K.V. not for 11 K.V. he said me same thing I will call you after that you can submit your money after one week I called your customer care no. and they told me your file has been rejected I was suprised. No I apply again and offer visited my home on 19-September-2010 and I am still waiting for Demand note he said me when you will receive your demand note please submit your money still I am waiting for my demand note. I already called many times in customer care but there is not sufficient response from them.

I am in very trouble please solve my problem ASAP.
