    Angry Croma Extended warranty Fraud

    Croma electronics store ( A TATA enterprise) sold me a extended warranty over a purchase of a microwave (LG) and when the control panel of my microwave somehow not working I contacted the croma people to give me service.
    Every time i call them they pass the call to another person this is going arround for 3 months. And now they have forced me to lodge a complain against them .
