Angry Without Airtel Network in Indoors at Rajouri Garden New Delhi...

Me and a lot of people I know in Rajouri Garden have been facing NO NETWORK issues inside our homes...we have to come outside on streets to talk and obviously no calls are received inside the homes.

I have complainted to Airtel Customer Care, Nodal office, Appellate Office of Airtel...they have finally said they cant do anything about this....what do I do...my number is circulated to a lot of people coz of marketting, I cant just close this number now....and there is no way I can migrate with my number....what do i Do?

I am attaching all email converstations with Airtel...please help me and other living in J Block Rajouri Garden...serve them a legal notice asap. We have been facing problems for three years..and officially I lodged a complaint in Jan 2010 when the problem became severe. Once they promised they will install some equipment in my house..and I agreed for it..they came to servey then they said...we are in the process of installing new antenna in Rajouri so no need for this...now this antenna is in place from sept 10th 2010...but that is not serving us at all....and they made us wait for nothing....I am in deep trouble...I have been marketing my company with this number for such a long time and I cant change the number now....Also me family and friends cant reach me in time of emergency...and I cant reach those living in rajouri as their number is usually out of reach....
    Please help....
    Thanks
    Mehul Arora Ph: 9910433004, 011-42440626.

    Hi Mr. Mittal,

Please see attached issues...its such a shame that Airtel cant provide basic
service such as network for one of the most densely populated areas such as
Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, India......I have been fighting with Appellate since
january 2010...though the problem has been there for years...

Its such a shame that Appellate has no real authority to turn around things and
the other thing that Airtel wants is its rents...what happend to your Network
promise...there is no network in many houses in rajouri garden..and the
    situtation has worsened...

I was finally FINALLY...confirmed by airtel that a new site is getting launched
and will be operational by 10th Sept 2010...and this day is also gone with
airtel not even bothering to do anything about all of us...I have written to
them with so many numbers facing problems...they agree but do nothing about
it...does it take a genious to understand that if your service is hurt in the
middle of delhi..then a lot of people are affected.......still i gave them
proof with so many numbers....so that they can match it to their profits to see
if they wanna do anything about it or not......its really stupid....really is.

Hope you would take out some time to address this SHAMEFUL issue and resolve it.

In the end all I can say is SHAME ON AIRTEL.

    Bestest Regards,

    Mehul Arora
