Hi,

I have purchased one mobile of model MICROMAX GC 400 displayed in the rediff shopping on 27th August vide the Order No : 6044757. I was charged 4500/- for the same and 75/- towards the delivery charge, making a total of 4575/- vide my HDFC Credit card. The same was approved by Rediff on 28th August and assured to give the product with in 7~8 working days.

I have contacted the supplier M/s. MNV Collection (the actual vender) have denied to send the product and demanded to give 500/- upon delivery as the product is in demand. After 10 days following up with the vender, he has denied to supply as I hv not paid extra 500/- to him.

I have taken up the matter with Rediff and post a complaint regarding this to the Rediff through their mailing system i.e. customersupport@rediff.co.in and they have sent one mail vide their reference number //Rediff=010-870-197' Shopping: POST-ORDER-MODIFY‏// and said that they will take up the matter with the vender.

After that I have sent 4~5 mails but they simply not replied to my mails ( I have sent 4~5 mails) but there was no responce from them. I have tried calling a lots of time on their telephone number 022-66042000 but each and every time they said that you will get a mail for this and can't help. Finally one fine day (on 13th September) one mail received from rediffmail (from Ms. Pooja- their help desk) saying that the order was cancelled and the payment will be returned with in 4~5 working days. I have sent 3 mails intimating that the payment was still not received and not even the product also. But no body turned back since then.


Please look in to the matter and advice why Rediff should not be compensiated for the loss of time, money and mental harashment to me.
