    Default poor service of micromax mobile

    Dear Sir/Mam
    I Sanam Kataria purchased a microma Q7 mobile 15/7/2010 after using it for a month there came a problem related to mike of the mobile so i submit it to one of its service center at 84, Avtar Enclave, Paschim Vihar, Delhi. on 17/8/2010 and now it has been more than a month they are saying your mobile has been send to company come after 10days every time i approach them.

    No even picks up the phone even at the head office.....
    Please tel me how can i get my mobile back.....
