Problem in newly purchased mobile of model no. Airfone-14 To,

Ref:- 1) Booked by Mobile No. 9823588107 Shri. Govind Zade.
2) Order No. 900085103.
I, the undersigned has ordered for 1 No. Airfone-14 vide order under reference.(2) A delivery was received on dt. 07.08.2010 hence as per condition I paid the total amount against receipt of packing. On unpacking the mobile I tried to put it in service, but found erroneous operation. Immediately I contacted on toll free no. 0120-4444918 but no replay found for many times and once reply was received to contact to authorized dealer at Nagpur. Accordingly physically I visited to authorized dealer at Nagpur. He checked mobile and replied that there is major fault and can not repair here and suggested to return to company for exact replacement. Hence, it is requested to give the exact replacement against the defective mobile immediately on following given address. I am suffering very badly due to this defective mobile. Please immediate contact me on mobile No. 9823588107. Hoping for immediate action please.
