    I have ordered the product on 31/07/10. – 50th day is over by today after placing the order.
    Ordered through ICICI bank credit card # 4477469813586008

    I might have made atleast 10 calls after ordering this product to get the status.
    Every time I was given wrong commitments. I am totally frustrated with the response. Today is the 50th day after ordering a product.

    I was told that the ordered product is not available and will be given some other product. I do not know the quality of the other product offered. Is it the transparent way to do the business? Even I agreed for the other product by with no other option and want to exit this.

    I received much confirmation on the dispatch of the other product against each call.

    Recently I started to give a close follow up because I was terribly cheated.
    Last week again I called and was connected to Ms.Divya. I was once given an apology and was told that the product will be sending that day so that I will receive the product by last week end by Ms.Divya. Toady is 8th day after the last conversation with her.
    Today again I called the customer care and one gentle woman took the phone and again told that the other product is not available and would you like to go for the other product. Then I asked her that last week the same information was given, and then she transferred the call to Divya today.

    But Divya could not answer by question properly and is commenting as the same as below. I know that she do not have any other option.
    • Is “processed” and will be “Picked” by Courier Company and then only docket number will appear. – Processing taking 8 days from last commitment???!!!!!!! What will be such a great process which has not happened in the last 45 days?• Now only reference number will be available, docket number can be given only after “connected”. – I work in Tata motors for CARS dealing with spare parts, we use to send the material to dealers in different modes, air surface etc and know how much time it will take the courier company to deliver at different locations• Will be send by Blue dart courier, but Kochi destination will be difficult. – Please note my office official courier is BLUEDART and I am in Kochi
    Then I requested for a refund of the money. Telling she is not autherised and if so send a mail and will charge a penalty. For what purpose?
    Is it because gift360 could not deliver the committed product
    Is it because the product is not delivered within 50days
    Is it because the customer was put under extreme bad experience, made him to waste his money in telephone calls and wasting his time
    Is it because the credit card has already charged the EMIs with out delivering the product.

    I will put in the internal TATA motors blog to alert the entire tata motors agaist the fraud activity and to avoid gift360 as a purchaser. This will be circulated to entire TATA Motors and other group blog covering the entire employees.

    Even I have taken up with ICICI bank to delist you from their mailers.

    I need justice --- a refund with compensation or an immediate delivery after suitably compensating for my suffering. I may even go for a CDRF suit also if not given the proper response.

    I am yet to get any positive response like the despatch details or any confirmation of refund. After sending this mail i have called almost 4 times.
