Dear Sir,

I had bought the AquaGaurd Ivery Model in the month of July 2010. After start using this product we are facing a problem and we raised a request against to this, with great difficulty and chasing for almost week days, they have send an inexperienced engineer, which he failed to fix that and they send one more engineer and he fixed it but it worked for another week days only. from that day , we are again facing the same problem. I raised a new complaint request against to this on 18th of Sep 2010. They promissed that it will be resolved in couple if days time. From 18th sep 2010 i am constaantly remainding them . and i am getting the same response. But no one turned up to fix this issue.

I also requested them to replace with another instrument. since it is just one and half month old product having many issues. for that also no response form them.

They have issued a req No: 0059440177. and every conversation has been recoreded in the IVR system.

Requested you to look into this issue and advice me the course of action in this regard.
