I inform you that I am totally frustated by your worst service. I have orderd a battery kit on 12th Nov 2010.I have called more than 10 times on your customer care centre,but no result found till today.My complaint no are:C102902026,IS10/SUR25773404,S10/SUR2577-002933,C102913731,IS10/SUR25773587. If anything can be do pls do or reply me negative. I think it was my great mistake to purchase Pure it.

i purchased one unit of pure it from arvind stores kharghpur, gole market. i started it and saw its leaking. i made complaint to shop from where i purchased it... they kept on promising me that unit will be replaced ...its three day past and now they say its ur problem....
this is the worst line any consumer wants to listen.....i made a promise to myself that in future i wil avoid making any hindustan uni liver product......

This is to bring to your notice that the customer service for pure it is Pathetic. In spite of making so many calls no one turned up and no one is bothered. It is just a money making business and no one is concerned about the importance of a battery in it. We are just fed up of calling and feel like throwing the so called filter and making a big advertisement about the fake company. So that people are not fooled. I really hope to get a resolution to this.

This is to bring to your notice that the customer service for pureit is Pathetic. In spite of making so many calls no one turned up and no one is bothered. It is just a money making business which advertise for 1 crore money back just for saying...and no one is concerned about the purity & product service.
Its been more than 6 months, the indicator is showing safe however the water is very impure & tastes too bad. I vomited many a times & fell sick because of this water

After giving the complaint i just got the compliant no. i.e. C123975236 from the customer care and nothing more.

We are just fed up of calling and feel like throwing the so called filter and making a big advertisement about the fake company. So that people are not fooled. I really hope to get a resolution to this.
