My photon plus no. is 9242483844. During the first week of April 2012, i have purchased a tataphoton plus 2G internet dongle from Mayur agencies, Tumkur road, bangalore. Though they have immediately activated, after 2-days they have disconnected without informing me. when i contacted customer care, they informed me that documents not submitted. But i have submitted the documents on the day of purchase itself. When i contacted the dealer, they told me to submit fresh documents. the same also done. even then no connection. daily i used to call the shop fellow, customer care and some other docomo people whom i know. After 2 weeks, they have rectified the problem and reconnected. After using one month, when i went for recharge, i was not able to recharge. contacted customer care, they informed me that documents not submitted hence disconnected. Do i need to submit the documents every month? After satisfying only, they have reconnected and i was able to use one month. when i contacted shop fellow, he told he cannot do anything as disconnected beyond 7 days is not in their hand. Now, no body except one vijay only always sincerely helping me in this regard. However, now i want to throw away the said piece, waste thing which gives only tension and takes away all our valuable time.

got tata photon connection some 12 days back . on the ist 2 days it worked fastly and after that it is so slow ,it takes hours even for down loading few kbs.i was told that for 2 months it will be free and unlimited plan.now i understand what kind of plan it was.now u are requested to please tell me how much i will get back in case of surnder.

TataPhoton make fool to there customers.
I have purchased a TataPhoton Laptop Bundled Plan in the month of March 2012 and it was activated on 21st March 2012.My photon number is 9235607438 and i am using it at Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) .While purchasing the devive i was told by the tataphoton executive that it's a very good plan and after 3 months i can convert it from PostPaid to Prepaid. Now when i am trying to migrate it from postpaid to prepaid the photon cusomer care executives are telling me many rules and regulations. One executive told me that because it's a laptop bundled plan so i cannot migrate from postpaid to prepaid, another executive told me that i have to pay atleast 3 Bill after 2 months free period . When i make a compaint on the email they replied me that i can convert it anytime just by submitting the required documents when i submit the documents at tataphoton business center they say we will inform you , next day one executive called me and told me you have to wait for next 3 Bills, same day in the evening another executive called me and told me that don't listen to any one just submit your documents and it will be done easily. I think the TataPhoton customer care executives are not clear with there own policies then how can they solve the cusomer issues, Now i am fed up while complaing everyday on emails, Phone . I think the only solution is to thorw the device and forget about it. As no one can solve this issue. Now my photon device is not working and when i make a complaint to the customer care executive they are also not able to solve the problem.
I would like to suggest all of my friends not to purchase any of the free offers from this comapny as in the beginning you will feel happy but after that you have to cry. I would like to know that if i surrender the device back what's the procedure and how much money i will get back?

I have made so many complaints on Tata Photon Customer Care but no one is there to listen my complaint.

Dear Sir,
We value the relationship with TATA PHOTON and also with the TATA Group of companies for their sincere customer support.
In my case the TATA PHOTON instead of supporting the customer, ditched the customer with-out giving proper photon connection, damaged instrument apart from canceling the said connection, sending wrong bills with zero usage but with full payment are the additional draw backs.
As indicated earlier please pay the damages as indicated i.e Rs. 51,110/- either by way of Demand Draft or money transfer into my account. There were also further damages levied on you worth Rs. 4000/- for various disturbance calls.
Today I have received further calls from TATA PHOTON from number 919252400901. This has frustrated me and hence I am putting additional damage of Rs. 2000/- further.
All in all you are requested to pay Rs. 57,110/- immediately and oblige. I am sending all these mails to TRAI.
Once a Phone Call Received from TATA PHOTON waiving all charges and now demanding additional Rs. 511 is a heavy ragging for me and is TAXING on customers. If I receive any further phone call for this the disturbance cost will be Rs. 2000/- per phone call.
Please understand that our time is precious and we value our time more than relationships. Please pay the damages as been advised from time to time, else I would approach to get help from legal remedies.
In view of all you are requested to pay the total damages and continue our valued relationship.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CHARGES FOR YOUR REFERENCE: 1. WRONG BILLS - BILL AMOUNT TO BE APID BY THE WRONG BILLER PLUS 999 TIMES THE BILL CHARGE AS MENTAL TORTURE AND DAMAGES COST TO BE ADDED. 2. Each phone call on Mobile costs Rs. 1000/- for such disturbances and Rs. 2000/- for Land Line phone Calls as they are disturbing aged and sick parents. 3. Personal visit of any person with permission Rs. 1000/- per 15 minutes and with-out permission Rs. 10,000/- per 30 minutes. Please do further calls after understanding the same.
I have purchased tata photon plus postpaid connection (9235611096) (5gb unlimited plan) from RK enterprises Govind nagar kanpur in March-2012
At the time of selling the connection,executives told me that i will be getting support from TATA team in any knid of problems in my Photon connection.
this connection was not taken for kanpur only, same time i have discussed this things with executives that i have to roam throughout india, they said
that if in that city tata photon+ is available, i will be getting the promised speed but now i have shifted to lucknow before 20 days and I am having indoor speed
problem in Lucknow city (Viram Khand , Gomti nagar) area where tata photon+ is available. i have lodged the complaints also regarding this issue but no proper
support provided,i have lodged around 6 complaints against it , 1 time some executive came to my room to resolve the problem but didnt do anything.
lateron i got the call from tata customer care stating that thay are not having photon plus network in my area so i have to continue with bad coverage only.
i am paying the amount for Photon plus speed and getting only tata photon whiz in my room.All the SR numbers are given below for referance-

i bought a TATA Photon+ connection on Dec 2011(last week) on an offered scheme with Lenovo Laptop. the scheme(5GB@950 rental per month) was of free usage for first 2 months followed by normal rental bills (5GB@950 rental per month).
On asking the sales person repetitively about conversion of connection from postpaid to prepaid, he said that conversion is only possible after 3 complete billing cycle, i.e. after March 2012.
On 29th May 2012, i decided to switch my connection from postpaid to prepaid as i was moving out of the country for few months.
on calling customer care i came to know that this conversion plan is NOT possible and was NEVER possible in my connection since I bought it in an offered scheme with Lenovo.
This type of misleading information is not expected from sales people and i am now stuck with the connection. instantly i decided to quit the connection and lodged a request for that to the customer care. they promised to take care of it withim 7 working days and i am still waiting for THEIR 7 WORKING DAYS TO COME.
