Respected Sir/Mam,
I had purchased Nokia 7210-c Mobile from The Mobile Store dealer on 24.05.2009. The phone is not functioning well since January 2010. I took the phone to Nokia Care Center and after repairing they said the phone will work properly in future but i have to face the same problem in every 15-20 days. Warranty of my phone will expire on 27-4-2011. Now i am fed-up from this inconvenience.
Please help me how can I get my handset replaced or my grievance of being harassed by Nokia for these many times be redressed.
