    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring into your knowledge that my newly purchased Spice mobile handset got DEAD within one month of purchase and when I have submitted it to Spice service center for repair, they are not confirming on the date when i'll receive my handset back. Pls find the mentioned below details of this case...

    Company Name: Spice Mobiles
    Model Number: Spice QT-56 - 9100
    IMEI Number: 910060900588354
    Date of purchase: 26-July-10
    Dealer Name: Anmol Watches, SCO-1043, Se-22-B, Chandigarh.
    Complaint reported to Dealer: 21-Aug-10

    Spice service center: Cyber Electronics, SCO-170, Sec-38-D, Chandigarh
    Handset Received by service center: 26-Aug-10
    Workorder Number: SCD320210800531
    Problem description: HANDSET DEAD
    Return date given: 31-Aug-10

    Since this return date 31-Aug-10 given by the service center, I have visited five times there but cudnt get my handset repaired and back. Earlier I was told that some board need to be replaced by the company which is taking time and today I am again told that your complete handset will be changed and new might take more time.

    This is very embarrassing and infuriating for a consumer whose newly purchased handset got dead within a month and moreover not getting any supportive service by the company. Today only I have visited the service center again and asked me to wait for another one week.

    I need your kind support in this case. Also would request you to suggest the way ahead, how I can lawsuit these people for their bad services and poor quality products.

With such services Spice can never be a brand leader in market and can never win customer satisfection.


    If possible support and take some action against your reginal team in Chandigarh on this case.

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I have purchase Spice mobile G6550 on 16/07/2011 from Spice Retail LTD, Shop no B-20, Ground floor, Himalaya arcade near Vastrapur Lake,Vastrapur,Ahmedabad.
    It's stop working in 15 days not any key working.
    I have given in service center at Bhavnagar. They told me that prob in key pad FPQ and by mistake some give you faulty mobile phone
    they need to get from Head office then they will give my phone.
    After 15 days there is no response. Then i took phone from bhavnagar and give it at Ahmedabad 3 G infotech spice service center.
    They r not able to accept my phone in for service they told me u have to give use job card of bhavnagar where phone is open i try to tell them i facing prob for last 15 days,
    but they not responding well. Then go to Spice Retail Ahmadabad but they also not responding.
    I have purchase mobile of 3800 in 15 days it's stop working and your any service center is not responding me proper not your retailer responding.
    I very dissatisfy with your service and your product.
    Give me my money back or either give me another mobile piece so i can use it.
