Subject: bad service with worst communication

My self parvinder singh actually I have two account at edelweiss company and they are offering zero balance account opening from ur yes bank so I had received a call from ur vishal enclave branch ms GEETIKA contacted me and asking for a document of myself and my sisters so I told her you send ur executive at my office address so I can give the require document of my and my sister ramanjeet kaur so after a week the guy came and pick the document from my office but he forget to receive the pan card photo copies so after few days geetika called at my sister mobile for document details and what she told to my sister , parvinder singh is ur husband when my sister heard this she was too much shocked and surprised to listen this and she denied for this and told her he is my brother but geetika pushing her for this no parvinder singh is ur husband my sister said what nonsense is this why u r asking this rubbish thing and geetika replied to her parvinder told me all this details on phone .so my sister reported me immediately about this so I was lost my cool and said to my sister u just told geetika to call on my cell. So I received a call from geetika again the same thing she told me so I replied her how discusting u are ramanjeet is my sister and u r said to her I m his husband so I talked to her little aggressively so after that she blamed me u have to give a proper document so I had replied her it is ur responsibility and ur executive responsibility to do the things right it s not my problem so she said to me executive are uneducated peon of her office and u have to aware of this .so I told her send some one to received my pancard photo copy so the next day she had send some group 4 security guard for receiving my pan card details so what kind of service provider ur bank is may be u don’t understand the norms of service industry if u can provide services through peon and security guards so why u are paying to sitting staff if they are not able to fulfill there duties even they have no talking sense with customer if this is standard of ur service so I m sorry to say that ur bank will not run any more ahead bcz in market ur competitors are icici.hdfc.Sbi.fedder.axis.idbi these are the finest bank in this industry at point of view service and customer care. So this is all about how u behave with client if at starting so in future u will give lot of trouble and if u r changing relation of customer family so it is the worst thing bcz the human mentality is observed if u are calling some one by his name with sir madam so every person feel better and caring but I m not impressed by ur bank bcz first impression is last impression. And I m also sending this complaint to RBI.:&:&:&:&:&:&:&
