Honourable Consumer Court,

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for harassment and
mental torture for the following matter:

Connection Type: PrePaid

I have been using this connection(Airtel) and the same number since the last 5 years and no issue like this have been reported as such.
But since July,10,the network of the Airtel started very low in and outside my residence area in 9713/f,Neem Street,Nawab Ganj,Azad Market,Delhi-6.
I have registered the complaint at the call center on 12Aug and they have given me the timeline till 25Aug for the resolution.
I have waited for 25th Aug and when the issue was not resolved,then I have to go to the nodal office and they have again given me the time line till 7th Sep,10.(Service Request number for the same is 82636704600 and this was provided on 1 Sept,10) and then again I have called them after 7th Sept was gone(Service Request number for the same is 1009201017201 and this was provided on 10 Sept,10) and again Service Request number is 1509201019253 and this was provided on 15 Sept,10.

But still nobody actually calls me to see what is the exact issue.
I just now called the appellate authority of Airtel and they are saying that our network team is working on this but we can't give you the time line for resolution for this.

Due to low network,many office calls get missed while I am at home.Messages are being delivered late.

As such please I request your goodself to look into this matter and save me from this mental tension
