Hi,

I have purchased hyundai i10 UP14BB4434 from hyundai motor plaza, mathura road, delhi on 26th June 2010.
Auto Loan: Amount financed : Rs 2,64,320.00 from HDFC bank (Agreement No. 16636650)
EMI: 5813/- per month for 60 tenure period.

This EMI included car insurance amount too.

But still after 4 month, I have not recieve the Car Insurance Policy from HDFC side.

After so many calls to customer care-01141514332, no right update gicven from customer cell team (just say: ur car insurance document will recieve within 1 week), When I want the request no., customer cell team had wording: we cannot provide the request no.
