    Default Tata Indicom Billing Complaint

    Respected Sir/madam,

    My name is Manisha Hitesh Nagvekar. My husband Hitesh Nagvekar have taken Tataindicom Broadband connection unlimited plan on December 2009 for montht plan for Rs.399/- unlimted usage. We received 1st bill after one month. As I was not having Bank Account I asked them for cash collection centres which accept Tata Indicom Broadband bills in cash. The collection centres which was subscribed by the Tata representative was not accepting cash from us so we gave many a times complaint regarding this. when the send us the second bill with previous month balance carried forward then they called us for the payment of that bill at that time we informed them that the cash collection centres are not accepting our bill in cash so they assured us that they will send their cash collection representative at our resident to collect the bill payment in cash. But due to non payment of bill the broadband connection was already disconnected. Then also they send us the bill for that period regarding that also we have launched complaint and also emailed them that you have disconnected the connection then also charging us for that period which we are not liable to pay and we didnt pay that bill. One day their representative come to our resident in last week of July and assured us that there is new scheme your outstanding will be waived off and you new billing will be revised from Rs.399/- unlimited plan to Rs.250/- (unlimited plan) and he connected the line. After 15 days we received the same outstanding bill with further increase in the bill amount and the call came to us from Tata Indicom for payment of Bill. At that time we informed them that already you have waived off the outstanding saying us to reconnect the connection and also revised our bill from Rs.399/- to Rs.250/- then how come you send us again the same bill with outstanding amount. After visiting the Tata Indicom Galary at Hutatma Chowk near Akbarallys they waived off the previous outstanding and also charged me Rs.100. for late payment. Rs. 242/- I paid for just 8-10days billing. Then I received the bill for the month of August 2010 with bill amount Rs. 499/- plus taxes to Rs.541. I had launch complaint regarding this on 14th Sept. 2010 and the Reference No. 187362 is given by them and was assured their representative will call us regarding complaint but till date we have not receive any call or any revised bill of Rs. 250/-. Now the due date of the bill is 26/09/10 and then they will charge us Rs. 100/- extra for late payment. We are tired of all this practices and in future would not like to take any of the Tata Devices till date they have also not disconnected the internet connection so to charge us for the next bill.

    They have not confirm me wheather to continue my connection or not
    You have assured me the new revised plan of Rs.250/- then also sending me the Bill of Rs.541 its very wrong so how can i pay for that.

    Please provide me the solution.
    If I am wrong at my place i will definately pay the amount.

Now the due date of the bill is 26/09/10 and then they will charge us Rs. 100/- extra for late payment. We are tired of all this practices and in future would not like to take any of the Tata Devices till date they have also not disconnected the internet connection so to charge us for the next bill.

    They have not confirm me wheather to continue my connection or not
    You have assured me the new revised plan of Rs.250/- then also sending me the Bill of Rs.541 its very wrong so how can i pay for that.
