I am raj kumar. I am a reliance prepaid gsm user and my no. is 9835616222.On 17-09-2010 at night I check my balance that Rs 30.00 was deducted from my balance but I never got any msg about this. When i call to customer care service they told me that was a technical fault. But till today I've not receive the amount .On 15-09-2010 at night I check my balance that Rs 59.00 was deducted from my balance but I don't got any msg. When i call to customer care service they told me that "I have subscribe a SUPER SEVER PAC". "while I didn't subscribe any such type of service & didn't knew about that mattar". Till now they not refund the amount Rs 59.00. Again on 13-09-2010 at night I check my balance that Rs 30.00 was deducted from my balance but I never got any msg. When i call to customer care service they told me that was a technical fault. On next day they refund the amount Rs 30.00 deducted on 13-09-2010

So please i am requesting to u..Help me to refund my deducted balance.
