I was employed in Lakshmi Precision Screws Limited, Hissar Road, Rohtak, Haryana and served the company for a continuous period of 12 years day and night. Lately I was feeling some health problem but the company used to overload me just to force resignation from me causing further health deterioration and the harrassment was increased and during the first week of August, 2010 I was suspended from the service on grounds of indiscipline.

Ultimately I had to succumb to the their pressure and at the age of 54 years I resigned from the job on 11.08.2010 which was accepted forthwith and a full and final was served to me. As desired by them I resigned health grounds.

My PF withdrawal form nO. 19 duly filled and form No. 10-C (10D) for pension were also handed over to Mr. R S Mishra together with the form for release of my gratuity amount to Mr. D K Jain, the Managing Director ( Occupier ) of the company. On medical ground there is no need to submit the withdrawal after 60 days.

But My P F withdrawal form (Form No. 19), Pension Form No. 10-c have not been submitted to the PF department by the Company and no gratuity amount has been releasaed so far deliberately by Mr. D K Jain.

HI,

I left KPIT Cummins, Pune on 29th April 2010 and the company submitted my PF withdrawal form on 7th Oct 2010. Till today (20th April 2011) I haven’t received the PF payment. I have visited the PF office to remind them last month and was told that I will get the payment in the first week of April. However still not received it. My friend who’s Forms were submitted in JAN 2011, received their PF payment.

As per the policy if the delay is from PF office then they have to pay us with 8.5 to 9.5% interest on the amount.

I tried to call the PF office at 020-26444039, however not one picks the call.

Wherein, I had resigned from the services in July 2008. & had applied for the PF withdrawal in Jan 2011 at local laxmi nagar office of Kotak Life Insuramce. The company has further submitted the same with PF office in Mumbai in April 2011. I have been checking the status on EPFO website , wherein it is been shown under process.
Would request your intervention for faster processing of the same. Since, as per my understanding the Turnaround time for PF office is 60 days.

I was employed in Wipro from 1st of Aug 2005,to 30th of nov 2006,and have left the organisation after serving the due notice period,and at the time of leaving the organisation,i was told that the PF would be credited to my a/c after 60 days from the date of leaving the organisation,which is a normal procedure,hence i left the organisation.Since then i have filled the PF form five times,and every time they are telling me that this time u'll be receiving the amount in the next 3 months,but it has never happened ,so finally i decided i'll send the PF form myself,but they dint let me.

There's another issue with the PF withdrawal from IBM daksh as well.I filled the form twice but they haven't credited my a/c with my PF amount.Everytime i try to contact their helpdesk,they give me a lame excuse.
