I got a service massage on 22 November, 2010 that Rs 30/- would be charged towards jokes pack in the next 10 hours, and these reliance people without my consent or request just took away the amount from my account. Next day when I complained on their number X333 which is too difficult to get, I got reply that it was activated from my end. I protested and mailed to their customer care, where they have accepted that they had charged from their end, they technically call it Unstructured supplementary data(USD). Inspite of my protests, they have not so far refunded my Rs 30/-.
This is the third time when I have been cheated. Earlier, they charged me Rs 10/- for some love tune, and Rs 15/- for missed call alert service, which I had never requested.
Be careful while dealing with Reliance, they can make your balance zero from their end.

I am not able to access internet on my reliance gsm (prepaid) connection on my mobile as well as on my PC.Every time i am getting error messages 1. Packet Data not available. 2.Invalid server name.More that 12 days I am facing this problem and many of time I contacted reliance customer care but neither my problem is solved nor i am getting any satisfy reply from Customer care site every time they allot me a complaint no. and said sir your problem will be resolved in 3 day but till now the problem is same.Below are my details:-

I am Asim from j&k .my problem is that my gprs id disconnectig automatically .some timesafter few minutes .some times after 1 hour after diconnecting if i tried to connect it .the gprs does not connect at the same time ,i have to wait for at least 30 minitues.i call custmer care they told me to go nearest showroom of reliance .but the show room exective told me that it is the root problem we cant do anything ,wat the hell is that guys reliance has worst gprs service..

I am Gopinath ,i am using reliance sim now , every month i loss money in name of service , they activate me call tune by there own an charge me money , main things is they have activate a Kannada song (i don't know Kannada ). and this is not an one month scenario ,from last four month i face this problem , if i compliant t customer care ,they say they cannot repay the money,

See how this stupid people cheat us ,,, This the worst service i ever seen .I think for cheating like this they go for begging ..

So please don't go for reliance , if any one use this connection say them to switch to another service

their gprs network worked awesome for first one month & then it just stopped i tried CC & everything nothing is working. Be warned reliance, now that mnp is in place, you will eventually lose your customer base with such sloppy service.

I have pre paid no (9377463426), I found that I have been cheated by reliance many times just like the roadside sellers do....

1.
I have registered for Dont disturb service many times, but the story is .. they register for it and ask for 45 days to bee activated, but after that period still it remains continue, on inquiring, they will make excuses and ask for fresh registration, on doing this... the same story is revised again.......since last one year i m unable to do it.... I have left my efforts to save my time .

2.
Recnetly, They looted me three times on the name of some services (Like "mitti ke rang", "CRTS" or else) related to caller tunes which was never asked from my side, they used to send me SMS intimating that this service has been activated and Rs.30 is charged for it, if it is to be unsubscribed then an SMS is to be sent but such SMS is always failed (because it is never sent due to some reason).

On complaining they refused to refund the money back and also refuse to take complain....

I have never seen such a stupid company who is always after the money erned using unethical ways .....I request you all to leave such a service...
