I would like to inform you that I had send a document courier from one of blaze flash branch which is located in govindpuri,kalkaji,new delhi, at 4-sept-2010 but my courier is still not delivered to my consignee address, after few days i recieved call from my consignee that they did not recieved any courier from blaze flash,after that i talked to courier branch staff, she told me that courier was forwared on 6-sept-2010 from the branch,i also checked the online status of courier through docket
no which listed on the recipt slip, status was showing that courier was forwarded to 6-sept-2010 from
the branch but the problem is that it did not delivered to consignee,after that i mailed to courier compny, i also sent required information like courier recipt slip, consignee full address & contact no but the problem is this compny is not responding me properly & now its alredy been past more than 10 days to send my courier to my consgnee.it is stuck in compny. this courier is very impartant for me. i also attached recipt slip with this mail. kindly suggest me what should i do ?
