I have Hero Honda Splendor+.
Last week I gone to Hero Honda authorised service center ( Auto Needs Gurgaon). In bike there was numbers of of of problem like gear changing time making noise and engine giving noise. The problem was not solved upto the
mark. They have giving the estimate cost of labour charges for checking the above mentioned problems. But
the bike is under waranty. I have argued with the manager and he behaved very bad manner with me and
told me that I have to pay the money if I want my bike back. At last he reduced the labour charges. When I
asked for the original bill for payment he refused to give me. I want to know that during warranty period can t
they charge the labour charges. And what action I should take against them for not giving bill of payment.
