Dear sir ,
I was given a complaint about not issuing policy to the cover note no.109000701655 dated 21-10-2009 vide complaint no.1373470 on 9-8-2010.,that my vehicle WAGON-R No.AP 7 P 6489 ,when it felt in a road accident on 7-8-2010 and noticed by your insurance surveyor (Hyderabad-Green hills colony-Srimannarayana) at New age Service center (authorized by Maruthi) on 9-8-2010 and told that the policy not issued.
I asked at your branch Hyderabad and the manager Mr.Jayaprakash Reddy told that the matter for payment for repairs and issuing a new policy without payment will be settled by Mr.Praveen Kotla of office employee on 14-08-2010.
Policy was issued without payment vide new policy number.1804702311005628 on 17-08-2010 but payment for repairs was pending and car was held-up at service center and making inconvenience to me. I request you to solve the problem and clarify who are the responsible person to issue cover note at your office Hyderabad. After completion of 1-1/2 months I was not received any response and leads to go consumer forum/ ombudsman in a unavoidable circumstances.
