Hello,

I am Using Nokia 2690 ..
i bought before 4 Months
The camera and Hands-free are not working ... i went to NOKIA Customer care ...

I describe the problems having with Handset ..
But they replayed that "your cell having water damage" .. then i went to local Mobile repair shop ...
And finally i come to know there are no Water Damage in my Handset ...

I am using Sony,Micromax and Nokia ,, but here i found that between these three the Nokia handset damages early ....


Nokia Customer care gave me wrong response ....

There are thousands of Customer Who are suffering like me ...

But nokia is not worried about ..

Till yet there are no email address of nokia where The Unhappy Customers can post their complaints ...

Nokia Customer Service ( PHONE ) also not replaying good ...
