Dear Sir,

On dated 12.09.10 i have purchased Spice handset model no MI300 IMEI no. 910515900053386 from Hotspot Retail Store, Dwarka Sector, New Delhi and i was use it with Vodafone connection. I was unable to use any Android function in the above mentioned mobile set. I visited Same Retails store on dated 14.09.10 and they told me that i need to activate Vodafone Mobile Connect which will enable the service of Android. than I switched to MTNL for accessing the above service. As you are aware MTNL is the only service provider for 3G connection in India.

But in MTNL also I am unable to use the function of Android.

it is therefore requested to help me to resolve this issue
