Dear Sir/Madam,

I (Ex-Sgt K.V.V Satyanarayana Ex Service man ) hereby inform you that

My Son(Kanduri Sai Venkata Mani Koundinya) Registration No. 6034145 was alloted a seat in IIT Roorkee in Integrated dual degree.we have paid Rs. 40000/- at the time of counselling after confirmation from Chairman JEE IIT Madras( IIT-JEE 2010) that the deposited amount will be refunded if the candidate is not willing to join the allotted branch and did not report for admission at allotted IIT.

After seeing the second allotment,my son did not joined in IIT Roorkee. Now, on approaching to IIT Roorkee and IIT Madras, they informed me that no refund will be made as decision taken at all JEE IIT Chairman's meeting.

If such decision to be made, this should have taken before the counselling/Admission process itself so that we would have taken the appropriate decision for making payment. Now if they say that the fees will not be refunded,we will be in huge lose because it is a hard earned money as i earned this amount by serving 20 yrs to Defence (Indian Air Force)

if possible, Kindly help me out to get my money back after deducting their processing Fee.
