I have MTNL broadband connection ,which is not available from 1.5 months .
I have register many complains to local service center but they are not giving a proper response ,also I have sent the mail regarding this issue to area manager ( a written complaint also ) .
after all still there is no satisfactory solution and I have receive this month bill , but I don't wants to pay this bill as I have not use the service in this time period .

further I wants to make a case in consumer court .please give me your suggestion.
