Respected Sir,
I, Mitesh S kambli had purchased Sony Vaio Laptop from Vijay Sales Ghatkopar (W) branch on 8th july 2009.
I agreed to go for the product on installment basis from the financing firm Bajaj Finance and made a down payment of Rs.18,279/- where monthly installment were at Rs.2847/- for period of 12 months.
The very following day i received a call from a agent of Bajaj Finanace asking me to pay more Rs.1600/- .when asked for the reason he said that he had speeched me a wrong installment scheme, and paying him the mentioned amount will be beneficial.
Initially i denied, because i had visited the stores thrice and enquired before buying the product, and when i realized that its in my budget i went for it.I also explained him that whenever a customer wants to buy a product, he first sets his budget.
But even after this, he impelled me to pay the above amount by pleading that if i dont pay the amount he may have to pay from his pocket or may even have to loose his job.
He mentioned that on the payment of the respective amount my monthly installment will reduced to Rs.2747/- i.e to Rs.100 less then the initial amount mentioned.
but now even after the payment of additional Rs.1600/- my EMI didnt reduce to 2747/- but instead they started debiting Rs.2971/- instead followed by fine for late payment.
I have already took this issue many times to the Bajaj Finance but they didnt gave me satisfactory results and blamed me instead of being irresponsible for signing document for the same.
I shall be highly obliged if you look into the matter as early as possible.
