I under signed dipak m laheru like to inform u that my name was put in cibil negative list & your link bank icici insisted me to pay rs 7110/- towards full & final payment to wards the same on or before 31st Dec 2008 the amount was payed by me on 29/12/2008 to your collecting agent VKALP AGENCY through Mr ashok sinh jadeja i was asked to npay rs 7000/-which was paid by me.

when there is no due why no intimation is given to you by the bank for asuch a long time it was the banker's duty to intimate the cibil but nothing was done in this regards below given are the detail for your attention & do the need full on your part Credit card no 4477478655668002 amount paid rs.7000/- Recipt no C0908-6798989 on 29th Dec 2008 Bank letter no REF/ICWE2GDM/12208/25072/REC Dt. 30thDec 2008. these documents are scanned & sent to you on 13th July 2010.
This is the third time iam sending the same details.

As per tel.talk with your concern persone i was informed that Negative report in my name shall be removed within 30/35 Days i waited for 40/50 Days but nothing has been so far. I approched icici bank also but there is no proper reply. I have suffered a Heavy Loss due to mistake on your part up to Rs 6 lacs by not removing my name from Cibil for which you & bank remains responsible.
I have allready given my sufficient money & time to you.
pls remove my name form negative list & send me necessary documents from your parts.
Pls reply ASAP.
