    Default Worst ever sufferd with Sun-Direct DTH

    D/Sir/Madam,
    Here I’m Subhendu Biswas from Delhi, customer of Sundirect Dish TV (Smart card No:41171196839). From 9th Sep 10 I was not able to view any channel of sundirect. Error message was showing E48-32 No Signal. Following few points are the details of customer care reply:-
    1. 9th Sep (1930 hrs): Made a complain to Delhi customer care No (011-39407575)regarding above mentioned error message vide complain No: 1-521128629. Customer care reply was the problem will be resolved within 24 hrs.
    2. 10th Sep (2000 hrs): Problem was not resolved, again called to customer care. Reply was another 10 hrs left to complete 24 hrs though I have made a call after completion of 24 hrs. Spoken with senior executive (Mr. Hari) he gave me another complain Number vide 1-521128629-2.
    3. 11th Sep (1000 hrs): Called to customer care(011-39407575) problem was not resolved. Spoken to senior executive (Miss Nishwant) regarding problem and she told me the complain number 1-521128629-2 which I made on 10th is a fake number, this is not a valid complain Number. Spoken to nearest distributor (code is DT-1829616), phone No 9650268682, they told me they will send technician.
    4. 12th Sep (2100 hrs): No technician has been reported, local distributor did not pick up the phone. Spoken to Customer care, representative disconnect the phone. Problem was not resolved.
    5. 13th Sep (1730 hrs): Spoken with customer care, another complain raised by the representative vide 1-554653161. The representative given the phone number of local distributor of Janakpuri 9818301166 (Mr. Rudra Prasad Jain). Spoken with Ms Pushpa (representative of distributor) and told me, techinician will visit tomorrow (14th sep). I asked her when you came to know about the problem? She replied on 12th sep though I have raised the complain on 9th sep.
    6. 13th Sep (1945 hrs): SMS has came from SUN DIRETC to my mobile No 9212386370, that my raised complain (1-554653161) is closed. With out solving the problem they closed my complain. Again spoken to customer care representative Mr Lalit and he gave another complain No vide 1-555695860 I asked for senior executive, he hold me for 20 min in phone after that his reply is senior executive will talk to you ithin 2 hours. I wait for 5 hours no senior executive ever made any call.
    In view of above points, pls suggest me what legal action shoul I take? In the month of jun I already suffered 32 days dis-connection problem that time they told me it’s a major failure of satelite. I already spend Rs. 500/ - to make call to customer care and they never worked properly. Always give recorded reply like “mafi chata hu apke asubidha ke liye” but never do work. I want to surrender the connection with refund becos there is lot of dish TV network those can provide satisfaction service.

    Hi Gunadeep,

    I am a customer of Sundirect from more than 2 years.

    I was so happy with the channels you were providing and especially quality of service.

    I am sorry to say that now I am not getting any of the Music channels and few days back all UTV channels got disappeared.
    When I called the cust. care number, I got the answer which was not fruitful. Please let me know whether the mentioned channels will get resumed or not.

    Or else please let me know the procedure for disconnection if at all I am not going to get those mentioned channels.
