    I have placed a purchase order no-9000367057 for a Panasonic home theater on 22/08/2010 on homeshop18 and paid the company full in advance(Rs12000/-) through my credit card. The company promised me to deliver my material shortly. After sometime I got to know from the company that they have dispatched the product on 04/09/2010 and promised to get me it in a maximum 72 hours of working days, but today it is 11 days since they have claimed to have dispatched the product, but I have not yet got it. After the expiry of 72 hours I have been constantly reminding them of the non-delivery of the product. But they have turned a blind eye to my problem. Everyday they say that I will get in next 48 hours. I have asked them for refund also, but they say that until product gets back to them they can not refund the money.They also registered a complaint of mine-no-60604079. which they have not answered satisfactorily. please help me get my material or my money

    Default Response on blog posted by Mr Mahtab Khan on 13 th September ,2010 .

    One of our customers Mr. Mahtab Khan has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of Panasonic Home theater on his blog posted on 13th September 2010.

    He had ordered for a Panasonic Home theater with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days.

    The product has been shipped by our vendor M/s Alpha Radios through overnite courier vide airwaybill number on 800916136 on 3th September 2010 .

    The courier partner Overnite were unable to deliver his order and customer
    had to follow up with HomeShop18 for delivery of the order .

    We have taken the matter strongly with the vendor and nominated courier partner and refunded the order value back to his credit card through which the transaction was done.

    This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
