Hello Sir....

My in- laws family shifted from Hyderabad to Delhi on 16th March 2009. We had hired
Reliable Movers and Packers, Delhi for delivery of goods. We found the following
problems with us:-


1.The material was told to give delivery on Saturday ( 14th March 2009 ) whereas the
goods reached Delhi on Friday .... but we were not informed about it.
2.Secondly the Goods were delivered on Sunday ( 15th March 2009 ) at late night and
the workers refused to open the paper cardboards/ gatta from the items, and left all
the goods in that conditions and went away.
3.The balance payment was finalised to Rs. 5500/- but Rs. 6000/- was charged from us.

I want to get help from consumer court on this case, so that these movers and
packers regularly do this type of games so they should learn how to deal with
customers.
