respected sir,
sir i am a student of diploma mechanical branch from mumbai,i stay in badlapur.I had joined a class who claimed that he will give me admission to a reputed college in new mumbai and asked for 50 thousand rupees.i had 1 year gap so was facing problem to get admission into a college.but professor s kumar ghosh claimed he will give admission so i gave him 25 thousand.he was reluctant to take it as he wanted full amount.but however i managed.after joining i come to know that
That it was a coresspondence diploma course and i also gave 13,875 dd to ime(institution of mechanical engineers india) college.it is the fault of the teacher who didnt told me it is a coresspondence course,and he is not giving me the money .So my 40,000 rs gone.my father has a monthly income of around 10,000 so how we can afford it sir.he told me that he will not return the money whatever i do.and now that decision had made me to cry.this teachers should be jailed for ruining a career of a student.
i felt that consumer forum will help me.and yes whoever might be reading this must feel the loss of 4 months salary.and 1 years loss in academic career.as a true helper please help me i m running out of tears while writing this

TATA DOCOMO 3 G is the worst service ever.
I feel like blasting their towers and shutting down their service.
-Worst network
-Frequent call drops (even in full network) , atleast 20-25 call drops a day
-no resolution to the issue.
-Call drops while registering the complain it self
-3G is not fast enough

I need to move out of this place in 2 months so i m stuck with DOCOMO.
STRICT NO NO for DOCOMO to any new user
