First of all will you please explain that will anyone keep the payment details for a period of 12 days from the date of recharge ??, Secondly as per the normal trade practice if any account has been wrongly recharged by you then if the same is been brought to notice within 24 hours then its okay but if the same is brought to notice after 24 hours no such complaints are entertained
Apart from the above will some one explain that how has the balance been withdrawn which was recharged from our side for Rs.200/- on 22.08.2010 for which we were sent sms from Airtel Digital TV, now if you ask us the payment details after a cash transaction of 12 days who will be able to provide you the same, on your request we also went to the premises of Dealer as per him we cannot justify regarding this after 24 hours , and now let us have a written explanation will anyone bother to explain that how the amount was reversed without taking appropriate permission from the Account holder of the Digital Tv Connection which itself is self explanatory that it was a illegal offence committed by Airtel Digital TV and for which if we feel reasonable we will proceed by taking legal action against you
Apart from the above despite of making repeated telephonic calls either the calls are disconnected in between the conversation or we do not get the satisfactory reply from the Customer care staff, and when we request them to transfer the call to the supervisor then we only get an assurance that they are arranging a callback by the supervisor and the same callback assurance is been given to us repeatedly since last 4 days but as of now no one has yet bothered to call us back
Also when we are in conversation with the customer care team we were asked to call the Nodal office at the no 0755-4218001 and when we called that number and asked for Mr.Manish Kumar he is ever busy in the meeting since morning to evening and if any message is left for him for his colleagues he has so far not bothered since last 4 days to call us back
Apart from the above we were having an interaction with Ms.Ruchi at the nodal office while the converation was on her behavior was not as any staff should talk to any customer
Also since the services to our Digital conmnection were restricted since yesterday we again got it recharged but still after 12 hours from the recharge the tv screen flashes that our Digitoval TV A/c balance is on negative but as a matter of fact when we confirm the same from the customer care they inform that we have sufficient balance in our account and based on that balance such reminders should not arrise
We call upon your written explanation for such fraud activities and lack of attention towards the addressal of customer issue

Since yesterday we called you so many times but you were in a meeting , we left a message for you with Mr.Santosh and Ms.Ruchi that when ever your meeting gets over call the undersigned, your call has so far not reached me , if you are not their to address the customer problem then why is your name specifed as nodal officer
Now please inform us that on 22.08.2010 we got out account recharged with Rs.200/- then how come on 5th Sep the entire balance got reducted to Zero and that too we are not aware of the same,
Who gave the rights to play with our account balances , it meeans that what ever amount we recharge they are not secured they can be any moment get stoalen by you without even bothering the customer for the withdrawal of the amount in their accunt
We call upon your written explanation on the matter for such illegal offence and when ever we call you your staff disconnects the call does they pay our STD bills and why we are suffering for your mistakes
Any further delay in the matter shall be viewed very seriously
