Dear Sir,
I Rajesh K Patel holds account with ICICI bank A/C
NO:029501515326 noticed on 30 July 2010 that
there were fradulent transaction were hapening from my account
since 30 July 2010 till today.
Fraudulent transaction amount is Rs 1,944/-
I noticed these transactions on 30th July and asked ICICI Bank
customer care to block the account for Online transactions. I also
logged complain with ICICI Bank customer care to investigate the
matter. As of now I have not heard anything from ICICI Bank and
whenever I call customer care I always get the
message that Investigation is in progress. Any help will be much
appreciated.
