Complaint against AIRCEL - 3 times Balance Deduct Dear Sir,
My name is Divya from Rohini Delhi-89, I have a Mobile connection No.09716162809 Aircel Network and my Email ID is sanyacute87@gmail.com.
Yesterday I' ve a balance of Rs. 82.11 but at night my balance was 52.11.
At Yesterday night I' ve received a message from Aircel no. 57000 and they activated a value added service namely "Friend Zone" and deduced 30/-Rs from my account, without inform to me and I also not accidentally activated this service.I have contact Aircel customer care executive dialing 121 & 9716012345 many times but they don't pick a call (and still calling, but no response is coming). I often face this type of injustices situation 3 times from aircel and again and again they do same thing. How could i get relief from aircel.
So, please sir do something as I get back money and De-activated from this service.
complant my name is briyan michael i m using aircel card this card is not nice when i recharge my balance of 150 rupess from mobile to mobile from there the balance was sent and didnt came i my account till now i m complaing to costumer care they not receving my call
