Complaint : Account Related-Cash not dispensed in ATM but account debited
Message : Details of complaint: I had withdrawn Rs 7000/- from SBI ATM (Nr Kotdwar Rly satation)using ICICI ATM Card at Kotdwar,Uttarakhand state on 03/06/10 at 22:26 Hrs, but I received only Rs 1600/- (1 no Rs 500/- + 11 nos of Rs 100/- notes). The remaining Rs 5400/- have not yet been reverted to my account. On 09/06/10 at 1030 hrs I registered a complaint through ICICI Bank customer care & they assured me that remaining amount will be processed within 12 working days from request date.On 02.07.10 I again rang up ICICI Customer care to which they responded that the comlaint has been sent to senior officials but till date I haven""t received any confirmation regarding reversal of my money back to my account from their side. Then on 20 July 2010, a mail was sent to me through ICICI Customer care that we would like to inform you that the disputed Non - ICICI cash withdrawal transaction dated June 03, 2010 amounting Rs.5400.00 has been represented by the Acquiring Bank (SBI BANK) as a successful transaction from there end. But if ATM machine had not dispensed the remaining amount i.e Rs 5400/- then that SBI ATM (Near kotdwara Railway station )machine must have recorded data on the withdrawal day i.e. on 03/06/2010 at 22:26 hrs and the ATM machine must have surplus amount in it at the next filling of the ATM. Therefore you are requested to please do some needful to revert my hard earned money to my ICICI account.

Dude jsut call costomer care and give the transation details, they will refund in 12 working days dont worry, same thing happened to me once a couple of months back i used a danalkashmi bank atm to with draw some money, money dint come out but it was debited just call them they will give you a number to help track the case
