    Default Complaint Against Vodafone for wrong deduction of balance

    i recharged my phone on 19/11/2012 with Rs. 60/- but when i checked my balance on 24/11/2012, it is showing my balance as Rs. 0.83/- only.
    on enquiring from customer care i was informed that some application has been downloaded from internet at 12:01 a.m. on 24/11/2012.
    but they failed to give me any kind of details about the application. on further nudging they now telling me some service has been activated.
    but there is no record of activating this kind of service on my mobile. further, no data packet connection was established at the above said time. they are also not even lodging the complaint nor they are refunding the balance. They deducted at approx amount of Rs. 30/-. My mobile no. is stated below.

    Exclamation Reliance pop-up messages

    I have been using reliance gsm for last 3 years.Now they have started to send the pop up messages in every 2 hours which is very annoying.I have contacted the customer representatives regarding this issue but they said they cannot do anything.

    Post worst customer service of airtel mobile

    Sir

    i am using airetl number from last eight year and i have applied for
    conversion of that prepaid no. 9816120482 to post paid on 12 jan 2013
    at relationship center at distt. Una, himachal pradesh. But when their
    employees does not take any pain for conversion. Then atlast i have
    make a complaint on airtel presence on 1 feb 2013 and my complaint
    reference number is po 020100175. Then some one called from airtel
    presence on 3 feb 2013 and told your conversion will definately done
    with 3 to 4 days. But nothing happens. On 7 feb 2013 they blocked my
    old sim and signals on the new sim given by them appear. Then i make a
    call on 59059 for address verfication on 8 feb 2013 and tehy told ur
    sim will be activated in next 15 minutes. But again nothing happens.
    Then i called airtel postpaid help line on 12 feb and they un able to
    resolve the problem and they registered my complaint with reference
    no.48732802. And they told me your problem will be solved with in 24
    hours.but they cannot take any pain to contact me for resolution of
    complaint.

    Now my number is out of service from 7 feb 2013. And i am not able to
    make or receive any call for that day.


    And when i dialed my mobile no. It is doesn't exist.


    And on 20 feb 2013 i have received a letter from airtel saying that your number will be activated from 8 feb 2013 and your bill processing starts from the same day i.e. 8 feb 2013.

    But i am not able to communicate by using this number from last 15 days.

    I have also complained regarding the matter to the appellate authority of airtel, but they didnot help.

    Please resolve any complaint as soon as possible.

    Angry complaint uninar operater to my number 7386783682

    my uninar prepaid plan is 1 sec per 1.2 pisa but i am recharge my account 15/03/2013 in 20 rs next i am call some call next i am see my balance 1 rupee less in myaccunt i am talking only 33 sec and i am call another 2 numbers but result same i am calling 198 coustmer complaint help line but he also not responding and i am so many times call coustmer care but there is also not responding this is so bad i will complaint uninar network operatar

    Post loosing money from main balance (bsnl)

    i am loosing rs 50 every month from my main bal. i had called cust care(bsnl) and told to cancell all the offers. stil now i am losing money. if i call cust care(bsnl) they will not attend the call. i time they attended and they told they will not refund the money if u have any problem with the network then cahnge it
