SatNav Technologies, a city-based infotech products company, Tuesday announced that it was re-launching its computer aided facilities management (CAFM) product, a-mantra, at a highly reduced cost.
A-mantra now costs less than one-tenth of what similar solutions cost in the international market. SatNav had recently qualified as a member of the prestigious Microsoft Empower Programme, which has helped reduce the price, said a company statement here.
This membership is applicable to product development companies, building products on Microsoft platforms. The Empower programme allows companies to bring products to market quicker and also significantly lower the development costs by providing software, tools, technical support and resources early in the development cycle.
The statement said, a-mantra can bring benefits to all companies who have multi-location offices and more than 500 employees by providing them with an easy method of managing and optimising their space, assets, facilities and employee services.
"Over 70,000 employees of Satyam Computers, ICICI and GECIS Global are using our application on a daily basis," said Amit Kishore Prasad, SatNav technologies founder CEO and managing director.
