Hi, I am Lathika. i have a mobile connection of spice and now known as Idea in Manipal, Karnataka. This complaint is regarding the number 9844549344. this number belongs to Sripath Bhat and the number was last recharged on 8/9/2010 for Rs. 200. when the balance inquiry was made on 9/9/2010, I found that Rs 140 was deducted for Dialer tone and song request automatically without my knowledge. I called up the customer care from 9844276757 to inquire about the matter at 10.50 am on 9/9/2010.

The customer care executives (female) were very rude in answering my query. I absolutely got no response even after speaking for 15 minutes from 10.50 am to 11.01 am. my calls were constantly being disconnected. I called for 4 times. their negligent attitude towards customers is really intolerable. If this persists, I would like to disconnect the connection. If this continues, I would recommend my family and friends to do the same.

I request you to take some action against the executives who behaved rudely and revert back the amount to the above said number.
